Transfering patterns to the fabric is suitable even for the youngest children. My four year old love it, because it is fun, he can play with the chalk and the resauls are fast and somehow magic.

This is how we do it:

1.  Select a chalk together with your child. Find one that is well visable on the fabric, you will use. We use ordinary chalk for drawing on chalkboard or sidewalk.

2.  Help to pin the pattern to the fabric, if the child can not do it by himself yet.

3.  Show the cihild how to draw lines from the pattern to the fabric.

4.  Let the child unpin the pattern and see the magic happening – silhuette of the pattern is there.

Have fun sharring with your kids your passion.
